Question about entrepreneurship arount the country

Maybe someone can help me with this. I been asking myself this question lately. Is it true that there is more entrepreneurship in Quebec than other province of Canada. From what I know, this is false, actually Quebecers would be last when it come to starting there own business. But it's not what they are teaching at the engineering school that I attend, I ask my teacher for is sources, but he wont give it to me, arguing that I should stop at this kind of comparison. However, to me it's seems very important regarding the environment in which I want to start my business, if there is some province where ruling make it easier to start a business, I want to know it. So, if someone have some stats about the state of entrepreneurship arount the country, I would appreciate if he publish it on this forum. Thanks
